The LangGraph agent orchestrator goes from stub to real. Plans, drafts, voice-scores, risk-scores, and routes through the approvals engine.

Postgres v2 schema, RLS hardened, RBAC encoded

Schema cut over to amelytic_v2 with row-level security on every workspace-scoped table. The eight-role capability matrix is encoded in code, not configuration.
