These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Amelytic (the “Service”), provided by Amelytic (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account, except where stated otherwise in our enterprise terms.

You retain all rights to content you upload, generate, or publish through Amelytic (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your brand, your voice, or your output.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of Customer Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to share or publish it on connected channels.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, malicious, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to train competing AI models or compete with Amelytic.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without explicit written authorisation.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Usage above plan limits may incur overages or be rate-limited until the next cycle.

The Service connects to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Google, Resend and others). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party platform downtime, policy changes, or API limits.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Security page explains the controls we operate. By using the Service you agree to those policies, which are incorporated by reference.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or risk to our infrastructure or other customers. On termination, we will permit a 30-day export window before deleting Customer Content (except where retention is required by law).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you are on a free plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amelytic is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
